A childhood game gets a 4th of July theme
- Fun category selections
- Brings back childhood nostalgia
- Limited amount of category selections
- Gets dull quickly
M.A.S.H. 4th of July is an app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch that lets you relive your childhood and create a 4th of July-themed story.
M.A.S.H. is an acronym that stands for mansion, apartment, shack and house. It's a game you might have played as a child in order to foretell your future, such as how many kids you'll have, the name of your future spouse and where in the world you'll be living.
Much like the original game of M.A.S.H., M.A.S.H. 4th of July gives you a bunch of different options to fill in to create a story about what you'll be doing for the 4th of July. M.A.S.H. 4th of July gives you a set of answers from which you can choose. You can also have the app randomly select answers for you if you just want to see how ridiculous your 4th of July story can turn out to be.
Unfortunately, M.A.S.H. 4th of July loses a bit of its fun effect simply by not allowing users to add their own submissions to each category. M.A.S.H. 4th of July can also get dull pretty quickly because there are only so many options you can choose and only one story to go along with it.
For a quick nostalgic laugh, M.A.S.H. 4th of July really hits the spot on a lazy holiday.
